You agree that use of these media products are for your own personal private use and enjoyment. You agree that the aforementioned media products are the exclusive intellectual property of James Chaddick Associates, LLC (JCA) and/or JCA Sales & Marketing, LLC.

The Muses of Gaming© Official Halloween COSPLAY Costume Contest Rules: Halloween 2016

Dress up as your favorite Showgoyle for a chance to win $500.00 plus a Jacky Cat Doll and Ladies Tank Top!

To enter and win:

1 You must post a selfie photo of you costumed as one of our Showgoyles to one of our social media websites page or wall: Facebook, Twitter and/or Instagram.

2. You must dress as one of our characters in FULL Showgoyle regalia: Costume, Horns, Wings, Tail etc. DO NOT dress up as when the Goyles become regular girls; as on Nevada Day.

3. Your photo(s) posting must be on our social media web sites by 10/31/2016 by Midnight (PST) Pacific Standard Time, USA.

4. You are limited to 3 (three) photos maximum. Please make sure the photo(s) show your best “Goyleness” as clearly as you can. The best costume and make up representation of one of our Showgoyles will win by selection of our judges.

5. You must place the following 3 (three) hash tags along with your photo posting: #musesofgaming, #cosplay and only one of tags of the character you choose to dress as either #cardealiagoyle , #chippygoyle or #diceygoyle

6. If you are selected as the winner, you will be notified after 11/6/2016 and then you must, to claim your prizes, provide to us your mailing address, phone number and tank top size for shipping. We will cover the shipping costs. We will not post online your address and phone information. We will just post only your first name and the city/town where you are from to announce that you are the winner!

7. The Muses of Gaming will NOT be responsible for any potential taxes due to your local taxing authority. You will be responsible for any and all taxes due.

8. The images you post to us will become the property of The Muses of Gaming© and JCA Sales & Marketing, LLC and shall be used on our marketing materials and websites as we see fit. All rights are reserved.

Go through our website, download our free comics and refer to the “FUN FACTS ABOUT THE GOYLES” side bar to help with your costume research. Your Contest Judges will be Jim Chaddick; Creator of the Muses of Gaming, Angela Chiao; Illustrator of our comics and Diana Cosio; our Goyle assistant!
